Our activity holidays

These holidays are designed for the more adventurous amongst you or those of you who would like your holiday to be of a particular theme. Of course as with all our holidays you can pick and choose which excursions and activities you want. For example if during the course of your holiday you find things too demanding i.e. if you think that four days of caving is too much and you would like to swap one of those days for a sightseeing trip or just purely to spend at your own leisure then let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If on the other hand you would like to do even more activities then again let us know and we will do our utmost to fulfill your wishes.

Cycling

If you're not content with staying in one place during your holiday and you have a bit of adventure spirit then why not try cycling. Serbia has picturesque countryside, mountains valleys and meadows full of flowers, fruit gardens, lakes and rivers…

Your personal host will accompany you on all the trips and all professional guides, safety equipment, transfers and meals will be included in the price. (Drinks extra)

Day 1:Krusevac
After our evening arrival at Belgrade airport we transfer to Krusevac where we settle in at the hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2:Jastrebac Mountain
After breakfast, we start our cycling tour to Jastrebac mountain (20km).On our way we will visit Lomnica village, well known for its mineral water well. Lunch at the site, after a short break we make an easy training ride for about an hour to Jastrebac lake. Dinner will be at a mountaineer lodge near the lake and where we will stay overnight.

Day 3:Majorova Cesma Peak
After breakfast we start the day with an easy ride and sightseeing of the Mountain peaks. Our goal today is Majorova Cesma peak where we find clear spring drinking water. Lunch will then follow at a local restaurant. After lunch we drive through picturesque surroundings of Jastrebac Mountain to Bela Stena peak. Late afternoon we return to the mountaineer lodge for dinner and again stay overnight.

Day 4:Jastrebac-Ribarska Banja
After breakfast start again, this time our tour will take us to Jastrebac-Ribarska Banja (40km). Lunch will be at a restaurant in Ribarska Banja spa. After lunch we can enjoy the spa facilities, swimming in warm water pool and relaxing exercise with a professional trainer. This will be followed by free time then dinner and overnight stay at the spa.

Day 5:Smdalje village
After breakfast we go to Srndalje village where we will find an old water mill there. We will also stay here for Lunch at the traditional restaurant by the mill. In the afternoon we return to Ribarska Banja, driving through forests and the beautiful scenery of Jastrebac Mountain. The rest of the day we will spend enjoying the spa facilities and warm swimming pool. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6:Kopaonik
Today after breakfast we will transfer to the national park of Kopaonik where we will have lunch in the beautiful countryside. Free afternoon for sightseeing and shopping in the centre of the resort, or for the more sporty ones we can have an easy ride over the slopes of Kopaonik Mountain. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel Rtanj.

Day 7:Departure
After breakfast we will drive to Krusevac for sightseeing and lunch. In the afternoon we will transfer to Belgrade airport for departure.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Soul Adventure – the home of leisure and adventure holidays. Your holiday has been especially prepared to give you a taste of Serbia ‘The Soul of Europe’ the beautiful forgotten corner of Europe, with comfortable village accommodation and first class hotels, mostly on half board basis and with an exciting agenda of all types of activities and trips.

Please read these conditions carefully and keep for your reference.

The ‘conditions’ set out the terms on which you make your contract with us, Soul-Adventure.com. They form the complete contract between you and us. No other terms and conditions apply, and no variation of these conditions will be valid unless given in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Soul-Adventure.com. All conditions are binding upon both parties. Any waiver of these conditions by Soul-Adventure.com following any breach of conditions by you does not constitute a variation in the conditions; it will also not set a precedent that waivers may occur in the future.

The primary interest of Soul-Adventure.com is to ensure the smooth operation and running of all aspects of your holiday, from making the booking through to your return home. Should you have a problem during your holiday, please bring this to the attention of your host, who will be fully trained and will make every effort to bring about a satisfactory solution to your problem. During your stay you will also have available a local contact number for additional assistance should this be required.

A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm your booking. A confirmation notice will then be sent to you within 24 hours by email confirming your holiday details and schedule to show the due date for the payment of the balance of your holiday. Please note that bookings placed within 8 weeks of the date of departure must be accompanied by payment in full including copy of insurance taken out. The contract is in place once payment has been received by us, and written confirmation received by you. Failure to make the full payment by the due date will constitute a breach of the contract and Soul-Adventure.com reserves the right to cancel the booking for each person named in that booking and levy cancellation charges as detailed below. The person first named on the booking form will be taken as the ‘lead person’ they will be responsible for guaranteeing payment of the total cost for all named, and does so on behalf of, and with the consent of all persons for whom the booking is completed.

The Accommodation is in village houses or hotels. There may be some variation between rooms. Should you have any specific requirements such as dietary needs for example then please contact us first to discuss these details.

Price Guarantee. The price quoted is the price that you pay.

Travel arrangements. Your holiday with us starts with your arrival at Belgrade Airport and ends with your departure from Belgrade airport.

Cancellations. Should you, or any members of your party need to cancel your booking, or any part of it, once it has been confirmed, you must do so in writing, this is essential! A refund will be made, subject to a cancellation charge, dependant on the amount of notice provided. The cancellation charges are as follows. Prior to (8 weeks) before the start of your holiday, a full refund less £50.00 deposit payment per person. During the 8 weeks immediately preceding the start of your holiday, there will be no refund, although it may be possible to make a claim on your travel insurance for a cancellation.

Booking changes by you. If you wish to alter details submitted on your booking form after confirmation it will have to be done in writing, or by phone. We will undertake all measures to accommodate reasonable requests, were possible. We are not, however, bound to comply with such requests. Should any alteration to your holiday cause an addition, or reduction in costs, these will be advised to you, for your acceptance. If a request for an alteration to your booking has been met, this will be confirmed in a revised booking confirmation, payment for such will be under the same conditions as stated above.

Booking changes by us. The activities and trips are all subject to weather/ environment, and conditions beyond our control. The activity supervisor/representative is responsible for your safety; they have the final decision on the suitability of the activities and trips. We therefore reserve the right to substitute any activity or trip with another of equivalent value chosen by the activity supervisor/representative at there discretion. Should we become aware of changes to your activity or trip before the start date of your holiday, we will endeavor to inform you immediately. If for any reason we are unable to substitute any activity or trip you will be offered a refund to reflect the loss of that activity, but this will not be seen as fundamental to your holiday, and so not a reason for cancellation.

Insurance. Please be aware that you may need specialized insurance for some of our activities such as White Water rafting Quad Biking, Hiking or Horse Riding. If any of these activities or trips is booked then a copy of your insurance details must be sent to Soul-Adventure.com 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
