Day 1:
After your evening arrival at Belgrade airport evening you will be transferred to Vrnjacka Banja spa, where you will be settled in at the Merkur hotel in time for dinner

Day 2:
We start after breakfast with a half day trip to Goc Mountain where we will have lunch at one of the local restaurants. The afternoon will be free; guest can use all the facilities of wellness program at the hotel or just have a lazy afternoon, dinner later at the hotel.

Day 3:
Today after breakfast we start our tour of the historical monasteries of Zica and Studenica. We will visit Zica monastery first (built in 13^th century, this is the place where the first king of Serbia Stefan was crowned. Next stop will be Studenica monastery where we will have a traditional Serbian lunch. On our way back to Vrnjacka Banja we will have a few stops for refreshments and enjoy the picturesque surroundings, arriving back in time for dinner at the hotel.

Day 4:
Relax day, today you spend your time as you please, use the wellness and other facilities of hotel, walk through the promenade, sit at one of the local cafes and watch the world go by, whatever you want!

Day 5:
After breakfast today we take a trip to Oplenac visiting the king’s residence, Royal mausoleum, church of St.George and the Duke Karadjordje museum. After lunch we will see the Royal wine cellars and taste the wine (always popular) late afternoon we return to hotel for dinner.

Day 6:
Today we drive to Belgrade for sightseeing of the capital with a local guide. Lunch will be followed by free time and shopping. Later we will see Belgrade by night with dinner in one of the restaurants in Skadarlija (the old bohemian part of town).

Day 7:
After breakfast today we will take a boat trip taking in the panoramic views of Belgrade and the fortress of Kalemegdan. There will a chance to have some free time afterwards before driving to the airport in the late afternoon for departure.

These holidays are designed for large groups and or those of you who would like your holiday to be of a particular theme. Of course as with all our holidays you can pick and choose which excursions and activities you want. For example if during the course of your holiday you find things too demanding i.e. if you think that you have seen enough historical sites and you would like to swap one of those days just purely to spend at your own leisure then let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If on the other hand you would like to see and do even more then again let us know and we will do our utmost to fulfill your wishes.

The history of Serbian wine growing is more than 1000 years old. Since the establishment of the first Serbian state in 8th and 9th century and later during the ruling period of Nemanjic dynasty from 11th till the end of 14th century the Serbian rulers cherished the vine growing culture.
The oldest authentic grape sorts are considered to be Prokupac and Tamjanika. Prokupac red wines and were known even in early Middle Ages; while Tamjanika is a Muscat which originated from Southern France and known in Serbia for more than 500 years.
Other varieties raised in Serbia today are Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rhain or Italian Riesling, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Some of the most important Serbian vineyard areas are situated in Negotinska krajina (250 km east from Belgrade), on the slopes of Fruska Gora (80km north-west from Belgrade), in the Subotica area (200 km north from Belgrade), Sumadija (100 km on the south-west from Belgrade) Zupa (230 km south-east from Belgrade) and Versace (100 km on the north-east from Belgrade) Serbian wine growing in the last 10 years has been renewed by numerous private producers who have built contemporary cellars and already become well known beyond Serbia.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Soul Adventure – the home of leisure and adventure holidays. Your holiday has been especially prepared to give you a taste of Serbia ‘The Soul of Europe’ the beautiful forgotten corner of Europe, with comfortable village accommodation and first class hotels, mostly on half board basis and with an exciting agenda of all types of activities and trips.

Please read these conditions carefully and keep for your reference.

The ‘conditions’ set out the terms on which you make your contract with us, Soul-Adventure.com. They form the complete contract between you and us. No other terms and conditions apply, and no variation of these conditions will be valid unless given in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Soul-Adventure.com. All conditions are binding upon both parties. Any waiver of these conditions by Soul-Adventure.com following any breach of conditions by you does not constitute a variation in the conditions; it will also not set a precedent that waivers may occur in the future.

The primary interest of Soul-Adventure.com is to ensure the smooth operation and running of all aspects of your holiday, from making the booking through to your return home. Should you have a problem during your holiday, please bring this to the attention of your host, who will be fully trained and will make every effort to bring about a satisfactory solution to your problem. During your stay you will also have available a local contact number for additional assistance should this be required.

A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm your booking. A confirmation notice will then be sent to you within 24 hours by email confirming your holiday details and schedule to show the due date for the payment of the balance of your holiday. Please note that bookings placed within 8 weeks of the date of departure must be accompanied by payment in full including copy of insurance taken out. The contract is in place once payment has been received by us, and written confirmation received by you. Failure to make the full payment by the due date will constitute a breach of the contract and Soul-Adventure.com reserves the right to cancel the booking for each person named in that booking and levy cancellation charges as detailed below. The person first named on the booking form will be taken as the ‘lead person’ they will be responsible for guaranteeing payment of the total cost for all named, and does so on behalf of, and with the consent of all persons for whom the booking is completed.

The Accommodation is in village houses or hotels. There may be some variation between rooms. Should you have any specific requirements such as dietary needs for example then please contact us first to discuss these details.

Price Guarantee. The price quoted is the price that you pay.

Travel arrangements. Your holiday with us starts with your arrival at Belgrade Airport and ends with your departure from Belgrade airport.

Cancellations. Should you, or any members of your party need to cancel your booking, or any part of it, once it has been confirmed, you must do so in writing, this is essential! A refund will be made, subject to a cancellation charge, dependant on the amount of notice provided. The cancellation charges are as follows. Prior to (8 weeks) before the start of your holiday, a full refund less £50.00 deposit payment per person. During the 8 weeks immediately preceding the start of your holiday, there will be no refund, although it may be possible to make a claim on your travel insurance for a cancellation.

Booking changes by you. If you wish to alter details submitted on your booking form after confirmation it will have to be done in writing, or by phone. We will undertake all measures to accommodate reasonable requests, were possible. We are not, however, bound to comply with such requests. Should any alteration to your holiday cause an addition, or reduction in costs, these will be advised to you, for your acceptance. If a request for an alteration to your booking has been met, this will be confirmed in a revised booking confirmation, payment for such will be under the same conditions as stated above.

Booking changes by us. The activities and trips are all subject to weather/ environment, and conditions beyond our control. The activity supervisor/representative is responsible for your safety; they have the final decision on the suitability of the activities and trips. We therefore reserve the right to substitute any activity or trip with another of equivalent value chosen by the activity supervisor/representative at there discretion. Should we become aware of changes to your activity or trip before the start date of your holiday, we will endeavor to inform you immediately. If for any reason we are unable to substitute any activity or trip you will be offered a refund to reflect the loss of that activity, but this will not be seen as fundamental to your holiday, and so not a reason for cancellation.

Insurance. Please be aware that you may need specialized insurance for some of our activities such as White Water rafting Quad Biking, Hiking or Horse Riding. If any of these activities or trips is booked then a copy of your insurance details must be sent to Soul-Adventure.com 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

A minimum of 8 people are needed to book one of our coach tours. A deposit of £50.00 per person is payable to secure your booking, however if booking is made with less than 8 weeks to go before the departure date then full payment is required. If there is only 1 person in a room there is a supplement payable of £100. If there are more than 2 people in any room then there is a discount of £10 off the holiday price for each person in the room.
